Our client had limited engagement from daily posts on both Facebook and Instagram. Our team stepped in to first analyze the structure of social media admin sites. Routine posts did not generate a significant amount of engagement. The lack of engagement meant limited sales. Engaging the same customers over and over reduced the overall spend of customers.

Our approach:
We began by identifying available assets which could be leveraged for social and web campaigns.

We conducted a deep dive assessment of existing social platforms, and created unique audiences to expand the outreach of ads and posts.

During this review, our creative team began creating unique content, using video and photography to create content specific to the customer which would be used in new initiatives to increase sales.

Results:
We improved analytics tracking, pixels, and steadily increased customer engagement (sales) by 235%, and sales projections increased by 75%.
